Free Image Resizer added to the site

As an offshoot of developing our image hosting scripts for registered users, we discovered a spiffy little script created by codingnepal that resizes images right in your browser with optional compression to reduce the file size. Your image is never uploaded to a server. You resize it and save it back to your device.

We are hosting it absolutely free of charge for anyone to use.

The default setting "Lock aspect ratio" is always best to use as that prevents image distortion.
